Quick little speed painting to get the blood flowing before work, I am tring to do more of these and to really think painterly and try to apply what I have been learning in class. This one is done from reference in about 30 minutes. Starting with black and whites, mainly concerned with blocking in the big shapes and getting the values right. Next I plan to work more on my edges and transitions, then I want to start speed painting with color. Bear with me on this journey folks.
