THANKSGIVING DOODLES

Some studies and just plain old having fun in Photoshop over the break. Haven't done this in a while so it was nice getting back into the groove. These ranged from 45 minutes to an hour.

ZOO

Every week I try to go to the zoo to improve my animal drawing skills. It's been a journey and for every page I want to tear out of my sketchbook and discard, there are days when you find your stride. Luckily, today was that day for me and I had a blast drawing this guy from the zoo.



Too bad the rest of the day didn't go so hot with the other animals, but there's always next week!

WOOHOO ANOTHER POST

2 posts in 3 days, I know what an amazing feat. Anyways, this was from a sketch night in Pasadena with some old and new friends. Fun times, hopefully I'll get to go to more of these.

WINSTON

Man, too long since I last posted. I might start doing the sketch of the days again so I won't be so lazy posting. Anyways, I've just been busy teaching, the occasional freelance and some personal projects and classes. Here's a sneak peak at what I'm working on now. Don't want to say too much just yet but I am really excited to start knocking these character designs out.
