So this wasn't technically 45 minutes, more like two 45 minute sessions. This started out as a small line sketch that ended up becoming a value and color demo for my students yesterday.
For some reason this image of Thor had been swirling around in my head the past few days and this is the end result. The black and white render took about 30 minutes then spent most of the time on the color and little touch ups.
